prices
Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) has been included in all prices. Prices are current until December 2000 and are in Australian dollars. After that date, updated prices can be obtained by calling 07 3252 3117.

gift vouchers
With any gift order Chef's House will gift wrap in gold paper with a checked ribbon and write your message on the gift card. Use the gift order section on the order form

delivery
We deliver by Australia Post. For security and safety of your purchases you may have to sign for your delivery. Large or bulky items (marked P&H), or delivery to some areas may incur an extra charge for postage and handling. If the items are in stock, delivery will be within two weeks. Should there be a delay or back order, we will notify you by telephone or mail.

back orders
Chef's House is happy to order special items for you. As some items are specifically imported a deposit of 30% of the total order is required to confirm the order.

delivery charges per address
Purchase total AUD$50 or less is plus AUD$7.60 freight
Purchase total AUD$50.01 to $100.00 is plus $9.90 freight
Purchase total AUD$100.01 and over is plus AUD$11.90 freight
Please note: orders requiring multiple packaging may be charged per packaging. items marked with a red and black squares may require additional postage.

rush delivery
For an additional charge of AUD$50.00 per address, we can expedite delivery by three business days to most destinations. Note: This service is not available for some oversized items.
